The District of Lakeland puts out a quarterly newsletter in March, June, September, and December. Additional newsletters are sent out from Lakeland District Protective Services. You can register for that newsletter here.

2021 – March Newsletter: Information on the reevaluation year, Council Zoom Meetings, and how to submit forms to council.

May-long-weekend LDPS Newsletter: An introduction into LDPS, as well as information on ATV Plates and frequently asked questions about the fire ban.

2021 – June Newsletter – Information on new waste collection system, tax notices, and some things available within the Great Blue Heron Provincial Park.

2021 – September Newsletter – An FAQ about the bear-proof bins, and the RV Bylaw.

2021 – December Newsletter – Information about EAC, winter safety, and where the snow dump sites are.

Spring Newsletter – Includes a special warning about carbon monoxide, Pre-Authorized Debit payments, and requests you update your address with us.

April COVID-19 Newsletter – An outline of our office services through the global pandemic, as well as LDPS. Includes links to some resources from the province.

May 13th LDPS Newsletter – Activites still prohibited by the province, and updated resources for phone numbers and who to call. Also speaks to Bears and Animals at Large.

June Newsletter – Information about office safety protocols and Great Blue Heron park protocols coming into Phase 3 of the provincial re-opening plan. Wildlife information.

September Newsletter – ATV bylaw information and results for the 2020 Election.

November 18th LDPS Newsletter – A reminder to snowmobile legally, an update on the ATV bylaw, and a request to update contact information with the DoL office.

December Newsletter – Clarification on our COVID-19 policies, an FAQ on the Sasktel Survey, and cautions about the use of propane tanks.
